Product Reviews Policy
Product reviews can be a great, free way to build traffic about a brand. (You can also obtain a product review in conjunction with a giveaway, please see giveaway policy for further details).
PRODUCT SIZE:
I do NOT accept sample-sizes for review. Full-sized products are required so that I can adequately test out the product and provide a comprehensive, thorough analysis. It also gives me the opportunity to take candid photos or video of the product in use to help create a more influential product review to my audience of readers.
SHIPPING:
All products for review become the property of BeautyCritic - Ashley Ferguson. Review items will NOT be returned unless I am somehow unable to fulfill my obligation. I will not be responsible for any shipping costs. Any packages shipped COD will be refused and returned to sender.
TYPE OF PRODUCT:
Please keep all products family friendly. Respect goes a long away, with how you choose to represent yourself and your product. Reviews that are posted on my site will only work if they match within any of the following category's on my directory here-> Directory. I will consider all pitches that fall into those categories only. This is primarily because I wish to stay in the guidelines, and compliance of Google’s search engine policies. If I do not feel a product or service is a good fit for my network upon your request-email, I retain the right to respectfully decline a review.
TIMING:
Reviews are generally posted within 3-6 weeks of receipt of the item. This allows me ample time to provide a thorough assessment of the product. I will email you a link to your review within 24-48 hours of posting so you can review it and alert me to any changes or errors that need to be corrected.
THE BEAUTY CRITICS “REVIEWS”:
If you haven’t noticed already, the moral aim, and purpose of this site is all in the name! Beauty-Critic! My motto as a beauty-critic was to create this network that attributes a source of beauty that is honest, good for the environment, and shows real results. My reviews cover both the pros, and the cons of every product. It is not my practice to publish any harshness, or negative reviews. In the unlikely event that I am completely dissatisfied with an item, I will contact you privately to discuss how to resolve the matter.
